The purpose of this FAQ is to help show you how to use our website.

1. I found an item that I would like to order. Which procedure do I have to follow?
In order to buy our products online you need a personal account. Click 'create new account' to do so. When you are logged into your account you can start the buying process of the products you put into your basket by clicking 'check out'.

2. What is the correct way to fill in my VAT Number?
Every company has a VAT Number. If you don not know your VAT number, please contact your tax collectors office.
When you fill in your VAT number on Q-shop it needs to start with your country code. So when your VAT Number is 12345678 and you are from the United Kingdom (UK), you fill in: GB12345678.

3. Where can I find more product information?
For more information about our products, visit our website http://printer.konicaminoltaeurope.com.

4. Can Q-Shop be used in my country?
At this moment we deliver our products to twelve countries in Europe. These countries are: Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Spain, Portugal, Switzerland and United Kingdom.

5. Are the prices published near the items net or gross prices?
The published prices are net prices. If you want to know the price including VAT you can put the concerning item in your shopping basket and the indebted total amount will be displayed.

6. What is a refurbished printer?
A "Refurbished" printer is "as new", with a full set of toners, boxed, but the printer has been used and may have some cosmetic flaws which prevents us from selling this product as a new printer. Refurbished printers come with 6 months manufacturers on site swap warranty (1 year for German customers only!).

7. Within how many days I will receive my order?
We cannot guarantee a definite delivery period, because it depends on the 'ship to address', stock availability and the receival of your payment. Generally we aspire a maximum delivery period of three working days when an order is paid for by credit card. When you pay by check or bank transfer we aspire a maximum delivery period of ten working days.
