The Enrolment Policy |
Konica Minolta Business Solutions Europe The Netherlands Office provides technical training to its partners. We strive to bring our partners’ engineers on an appropriate knowledge- and skills level which they require to ensure an optimum service to our customers. These trainings are restricted to our direct Authorized Service Resellers and our Third Party Maintenance partners. For you as service partner, the Konica Minolta Training Program offers your engineers the opportunity to follow training on our latest products. With the new gained knowledge they will return to your company with a thorough understanding of the technology and capabilities of our printers. They will be able to analyze technical defects and repair the printer in the most efficient way. Your engineers will be confident in our products by following training via one of the following methods:
• E-learning only
• Class room training
• Blended training which is a Combination of hands-on class room training and E-learning.
Some products require hands-on class room training as completion of an E-learning module. These will be held at Konica Minolta Business Solutions Europe The Netherlands Office in Nieuwegein, The Netherlands.
